Who wants to teach?

Hopefully you understand the board now if you dont pm me or groovytwins.

We can start up some virtual disco freestyle ( advance and beginner ) lessons, slow and street and maybe whatever else you want? maybe stretching to improve flexibility and stamina?

Just reply.. with what your doing.

And then post your lessons.
All you do is post a short routine 3 x 8 or something.
If its a dance you could add a piece of music that you want us to dance to and what you want us to wear to the lesson

You may want to check out one of the other boards to understand VIS better

Can't someone please post a lesson about different moves, like
back-catch, walkovers... All the hard stuff
That would be really good.
