Here is my stretching class
Please take part in this!
To warm up for these stretches, go for a jogg, to get the muscles warm.
Splits Stretches:
Try a pike stretch, sit on floor, legs straight, toes pointed, try to get your nose to your knees hold this for 30 seconds.
Next.. try with your feet flexed.
Now sit in a wide straddle, attempting to get your elbows down to the floor, hold for 30 seconds. Now try and get your hands as far out as possible, attempting to get your nose on the floor, again hold this for 30 seconds.
Next, place right leg in front, and lunge from your knee, rear knee on the floor, front foot is far in front! Hold for 30 seconds, then sit back, straighten front leg, and try place your nose on your knees. then slide as far into the splits as your able. repeat on the other side (with left leg).
Feel free to repeat these stretches!
Do not bounce or push yourself past the point of pain
