I just got my eye so i decided to post some pix of my acro solo...instead of doing my homework....haha! Hope ya guys like! comments and corrections are welcome!

ooo i really like your pictures theyre really awsome. In the one of your split leap you could try to get your back leg up a bit higher. it was probably just the timing of the picture that makes it look like that though. anyways I love the first picture i wish i was that felxible. Good job!

Please don't take this the wrong way but I never really understood doing an acro routine in a long skirt like that? I really hate the look it gives when the skirt flips over the head.

By the way your pictures look really good. LoL your costume just reminded me of how much I hate skirts for acro lol. Nothing against you

yea thats okay. I didnt really end up likeing the way it looked alot either. It was just the only costume that went w/the song. It was way too pretty a song not to have a skirt. The only poses that the skirt flipped over were in those pictures. so it ended up looking okay....thx for the comment

here are some pointers from a dancer to a dancer

relax your shoulders. in your attitude balance your shoulders are up, as well as in your leap. with relaxed shoulders you'll look more presentable and won't look tight and nervous. being nervous tightens your muscles.

i absolutely love the first picture.

your leap is pretty good. it looks like it was taken from the take-off. but if you need help i suggest doing oversplits. here's a picture so you know what i mean.

minus lifting the leg in the back. you should also use weights on your ankles during jumping exercises it will help with amplitude in your leap, as well as height.

straighten your leg in the walkover.
