Hello.

HTML (Hypertext Mark Language),the language used to process web pages, is cross-platform. That means that it will work in whatever browser no matter what the operating system is.
Why? because browsers, in the world of computer programs,are citizens who read and speak HTML. (sort of Speranto. Don't know what is Speranto? That's another tale.)

<b>HTML</b> was invented in Europe (aprox.May 1994)in an international Physics Lab by a Pyshics Phd (an Egg-Head, no doubt) who grew tired of writing one different report for every type of computer/science man/style/image format/text format/word processor. So he invented HTML as a mean of sharing contents between his work-mates using the the already existing intranet.
The name of the first (known) htmls-peaking browser was Mosaic.
