This is our Open Class from last year. The Open Class is the highest level in the New England Majorette Association. They are a baton twirling team, although they are posing with their rifles because they used those as part of their visual performance. Their theme was "James Bond."

I'm glad you like the pictures. I finally figured out how to make them smaller so I could actually post them...that's why I've posted so many over the past couple of days.

I loved this routine too...I told her it was one of my favorite open routines since I've been involved with NEMA (and I'm very picky with our own teams, lol).

So are you still twirling? Are you or any other City of Champions twirlers going to Miss Majorette next Sunday?

No...I just coach Novice. My sister Kelley (in the middle) still twirls...this will probably be her last year; and my sister Erin is on the Open Squad...she's in the first row on the right.

The girls will be there on Sunday...I don't know how many Judy has going to this comp. I may be there...it's so small there, so I don't really know if I feel like being squished in there all day, lol! I'll probably end up going, though because I didn't go see my sisters at States, so I feel a little guilty.

Oh my goodness! Those costumes are awesome! What company did you get them from! I absolutely love the picture pose too! So cute! How old are these girls?

Sorry it's taken me so long to get back about this...I didn't notice there was a new post.

I'm glad you like it! This is costume is another one from a dance catalog, and unfortunately I don't know the name of the company. If I find out I'll let you know!

The youngest girl was in seventh grade and the oldest were soph's in high school.
