It's good, but as discodreamer said, you should try to put your feet together. To get more flexible, you should also try to stretch your knees (you've got to have some shoulder flexibility) |

its also good if you try to get your feet and hands closer together so like making a small bridge shape more height rather than length. |

it's good but you should get your shoulders over your hands in the other direction that will give your better balance and will increase your flexibility as well. Lock your feet and straighten your legs for the best posture. |

yeah, i agree.
it should look a bit like this: img.photobucket.com . . . you cant see my hands but my shoulders are slightly over my hands. only by a little bit though. any further and i tend to fall!

try to get your legs straight and try to look up to, this helps a lot to stretch your shoulders, is a great work that will gave you great results later! |
