Kneel up on all fours next to the bottom of your stairs banister place a leg in the bottom gap and hold it there. When you start to relax bring your hands closer to your knees and sit your back upright more keep doing this till as far as you can go. When you can do it move your leg up to the next gap in the banister and repeat. Make sure you do this with both legs you don't want to be a lopsided dancer. Keep moving up as far as you can go. Then repeat standing up and arching your back towards your foot

Hope this helped
Ellie xx
