trying the move..
turning to retrieve the hoop...
and before all that, the blooper... the hoop dropped.
Ha ha. O well.. I was trying to do Anna's move. It's the one where she spins the hoop around her foot... we see that alot and in her '04 Swan Lake routine.. which was also my favourite part.. =) I don't have enough strength to hold my leg in a higher position though. 16 Replies to Attempt at Anna's move (more photos inside! incl a blooper..) |

aww youre gorgeous and reminds me of stuff I always do. copying the pros haha its the best! though my succeses are quite few...its still fun! thanks for shareing. And good on you for posting the blooper too.

How can you do that? I can hold my leg up high enough, but I can't get the hoop to stay there  Only if I support with my hands. Do you have to practise much turnout to be able to do this? |

well i don't know but for me it took a couple of tries to get the hoop to stay spinning but i don't have a good turnout either... |

I can do that in arabesque and then go to penche but I have troubles trowing back the hoop |

aww! that remindes me of my little sister(an annoying little wannabe) not saying you're anything like her!but...yeah she'd like to try to be a superstar for instance after a movie about an amazing ballerina she'd be all like TRYING to twirl (and yes she is pathetic in every kind of way!)! |
