You are a teacher at the school too? You should nicely let her know your thoughts about the class. If you keep a respectful relationship with her, she will be honored that you took the time to let her know your thoughts....plus, everyone will benefit from you helping her.....just do it after a class, so she has a week to re-plan her class, and she won't feel threatened or embarassed in front of other students. Then, while people enjoy the class, they will be back next year.
I use to teach my hip hop too fast too, then one of the students said "you know, you could probably take three of those steps and work on them for the first 45 miinutes of class, don't worry about boring us....and then for the combo at the end of class, you could probably cut it in half and we would feel more accomplished at the end of the class" I was so glad she told me this.... It takes me half thetime to plan class, the students get the stuff better, and they love class!
