I am a leader of a dance team. It so frusterates me when the mothers expect me to be the Mom i.e. feed, dress, break up conflicts, be the taxi driver, not change the choregraph, etc. The thing that so gets me is when they don't like that I keep on changing the choregraph. The great choreographers didn't always keep one dance the same. No they switched it around and the student has to be prepared for that. If they don't want to be prepared for that QUIT the team!
