No, I do not do the long jump or triple jump. But I planned on trying the long jump this season. I'm not sure though. Any tips?
I already ran varsity cross country and winter track, but I really want to try something new. |

I do long jump. I LOVE IT!! i have the right build for it so i guess i am pretty good. I can't wait to actually get on a team and train professionally instead of just winging it in elementary school!!  |

I really want to pole vault though!!! Any suggestions on where and how I could get the chance? |
