I have been asked to do a dance workshop in the summer with 7-8 year olds. It has to be about monsters and easy steps maybe a little routine that would be easy to do. Does anyone have any ideas for the types of moves i could use? It would be much appreciated. 4 Replies to need help in finding 'monster movements.' |

Great move to watch. - Monsters INC. infact why not get the dvd and show the kids the movie and the sections that you have taken out. Great movie to watch with great ideas for monster movement and they have a wide variety of monsters |

I have used the book "Where the Wild Things Are" to create movement for children. Kids really like looking at the pictures. They can see their claws, paws, fur, teeth. This helps them to develop movement in their own bodies. |
