Just a note, people won't be able to vote for all the polls, only the one most recently replied to (the "active poll") However, you can lock most of them (all but one) have people vote on that one, and then do the same for each of the other roles.
Just an idea...

No, they can vote on all polls. All they have to do is click VOTE next to the post/poll. it works and you don't have to lock them.
