I've just got my chear over split and it's 45cm , so I would like to know how's everyone else is doing

It's just that chears are different hights so it would be nice to know how hight(or tall,lol)is your chear for your oversplits.

I don't have an over split YET, but I'm working on getting better normal splits.

I guess it's around 30-40 cm. I haven't been allowed to train by my doctor for three weeks now, but I can't see why it should be any less.. That was right leg.
Left leg: What's an oversplit? (Because of something wrong in my hip, which I was born with)
Middle/Straddle, whatever you call it: About 20-30 when training. Now it's only a split, i guess, but it will become an oversplit again after a 2-4 training sessions..

I would say around 20 cm with my right leg and 10 with my left.

Mines around the 45! yay! I know I'm no Irina but I want to try to become as flexible as her!

my good leg is 50-60cm when i am really warmed up (i didnt vote i am as flexi as kazakova though even though it is more than 45 becasue i am not even close to her!)
not so good leg - sometimes about 40 but usually more like 25-30cm, for some reason that one goes up and down very quickly
middle splits is just flat on the floor is all
but i am goingto work really hard on my flexibility and hopefully in another month i will have another 10cm or more!

I wish i was half as good as Irina.

on my left i have about 40 cm
on my right when very warmed up, 28-30cm
i don't have my full middle split yet.

Left leg,30cm is my limit.
Right leg is about 25cm after warm up.
Its too pain!

left splits - abt 20 cm .. right splits abt 15 cm .. middle cant get flat when i raise the legs so it doesnt count ..

I cant even do a split! I cant even get close to the ground. Why is it that girls can do the splits with ease and a guy can't. Im a guy and I'm amazed at all of the pictures of people (girls) that can do the splits. Advice please.

Cant do em at all right now can just about manage a split though i have to stretch a lot first.

I can do about 40 cm on my right leg, and 25-30 on my left...
Middle is a completely different matter though...
