MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS :
*Intermediate+ singer (no beginners!)
*17-25 years old
*lives in the San Francisco/Peninsula/San Mateo area
*flexible schedule
*nationality must be a minority
*great personality (NO STUCK-UP ATTITUDES and HIGH-MAINTENANCE GIRLS!)
*has a Pop, R&B, Hiphop or mixed sound
*stage experience (performed in front of crowds of 100+ people)


SOME REQUIREMENTS THAT AREN'T MANDATORY BUT PREFERRED :
*talent lessons (voice, piano, dance, etc.)
*sight reading (knows how to read notes)
*good fashion sense (up to date with the latest trends, colors, etc.)
*average+ physical appearance (works out, well-groomed, etc.)
*other talents (song-writing, creating melodies/beats, etc.)
