The assistant head is like an assistant director. if i can not be online for some reason the aassistant head takes over untill i am back. When i go on vacation the assistant head will take over untill i come back. When i come back they will breif me on everything that happened while i am away. Also if i need someone's opinion on something i will ask the assistant Head.
