I just got my first one for my birthday. Its a Prince powerline. Its really nice, eventhough we got it when it was on sale when a store was going out of business and was the cheapest one there! I really like it... and every one on the team said it was really nice raquet. I have a question, while we're on the subject of raquets... Can you restring raquets or do you have to get a new one when the strings get loose, or break?

It was a Prince I think, but it was a hand-me-down from my brother. I got my first racquet of my own when I was about 8 and it was a Wilson.
And to the above poster, yes you can get racquets restrung. Just bring them to a specialist tennis shop. I'm sure they'd do it for you or point you in the direction of somebody who will. |

My daughter just started playing when she was 14. Her first racquet - and she has the same now - is a Prince Triple Threat Hornet. She is on the varsity team now, and still really likes this racquet. |
