here's a picture of my toe touch. it was taken in December '04. i was in Ohio visiting family for Christmas and i went with my cousin to her tumbling class so i could tumble for my grandma and stuff. my dad video taped and we got this off the video.

oh yeah and i know i'm looking down. i usually don't, but if you'll notice in the picture, i'm right at the edge of the floor and i didn't really want to fall off! lol! there were tumbling classes going on and i didn't want to take up the whole floor just to do some toe touches for my grandma lol!

thanks. i've worked my butt off for it. i should post some pictures from years before it. they're still good, but not as good. some people think you're just born being able to jump like that and it's so not true. it takes lots of time, hard work and patience.

thanks! and i'm completely sure you could do that as well. it just takes a lot of practice and hard work. i'm not overly flexible (it doesn't take flexibility to do a hyper-extended jump) or incredibly buff or anything. oh and my jumps definitely didn't start out looking like that either. like i said, lots of practice and hard work.

i will admit your toe touch is great...but that doesnt mean i dont think you are a spoiled brat

how do you know anything about whether i'm spoiled or not? i earned a scholarship with my grades and cheerleading. i worked my butt off so my parents don't have to pay for my college. i'm sure not a spoiled brat. i drive a '98 cavalier and will have it until i graduate from college (when i will have to buy my own car, not mommy and daddy buying one for me!) and never ever complain about it. i almost always buy my clothes on sale. i'm not going to lie, i have nice clothes, but i go straight to the sale rack (or TJ Maxx) when i shop. you know nothing about me and have no right to call me a brat.

by the way, how can you say something so rude, then say "lots of love" at the bottom of your post? it doesn't make you sound any nicer.

well you need to stop sounded like a spoiled stuck up brat in your post... and FYI i sign all my stuff with ~lots-of-love~ so if you dont like it GET OVER IT...and plus i did say your toetouch was great...

thanks! like i said before, i'm pretty confident anyone could have a jump at least almost as good a that (maybe better) if they worked as hard as i always have on my jumps. i think one of the main things is i never ever slack on my jumps, no matter how tired. a lot of people will slack on their jumps at the end of practice. but i never ever do and that builds muscles. at the end of practice your jumps might not be that high, even if you're trying as hard as you possibly can, but in the long run it will pay off!

oh and i totally agree there was no reason to be so rude and to call me a brat, especially when they don't know anything about me. and she says it's ok for her to let it all out, but then i can't "give her my life story" which actually i was just proving i'm not a brat! how ridiculous! this forum is supposed to be about cheerleading, not name calling

Well,UCO... you do sound rude a lot and you are all over the threads on this cheer web site. I'm very new here but I've read more of your stuff that is the same over and over again. Usually getting on someone or bragging.

No offense and DON"T jump all over me...just my opinion as nice and clear as I know how...

No, unfortunately I don't. If you're trying to say that that's not me though, I do have other pictures from practice. So yes, that's me. I'm not stealing someone else's picture. I do have a link to a picture of my pike at nationals this year. Technically there is one of my toe touch, but the guy caught it when i'm almost all the way down already.

You know what I think your toetouch is absolutely beautiful! Well just wanted to let ya know that i totally agree with your comment on the post "cheer poem" that poem was just awful(the reasons she liked 2 cheer)

thank you! i absolutely could not believe all those people were agreeing with her! and cheerleaders wonder why a lot of people don't think cheerleading is a sport. it's because of people like her, that only cheer to be popular! it makes the rest of us that work really hard look bad

lol and don't laugh at that picture of my toe touch haha! i'm making the weirdest face and he caught it in a horrible place!! haha and you have to look at the picture of my best friend holding the "ho" sign (oklahoma) lol it's pretty funny. i also never really realized how many midgets we have on our squad lol! anita and two other girls are legally short enough to be midgets haha
