Hi everyone! I thought that other pic in this forum was a little lonely, and I love talking about my trip to Ireland last summer, so I wanted to post some pictures.

I went for 10 days with my family, including the plane. We landed in Shannon, then made our way north to Galway and across to Dublin, then down the east coast, then back to the west coast. The west was definitely my favorite part--it was more beautiful, I think. I also loved Galway--what a great city!

The first place we went was the Cliffs of Mohrer. That’s what the thumbnail pic is of.




These are from Connemara, a long, but worth it, drive in Galway.



There were sheep along the road…awww!!

Ah but no, seriously, I love Ireland! Your photos are stunning! Irish countryside is just breathtaking!I'd never live anywhere else.
I love the sheep photo!lol Typical!hahah! You should see the cattle when the farmer brings them from field to foeld now that would of been a photo!

^Galway was definitely my favorite city, but we kind of had a bad experience in Dublin. We stayed at a hostel which was supposed to be nice but was full of teens who were loud (and drunk, I'm pretty sure). Not great for a family trip. And the sheets weren't even clean, so we got fed up with Dublin. But we did go to the zoo, which is really nice. And we visited the Guinness factory, which I thought was pretty boring, but my brothers liked it. Though I'm sure there are much nicer parts of Dublin, so I'll defintely go back some day. I'm hoping to go to the North soon.

aw shame you had a bad time in Dublin, it really has loads of fab things to do and see!

When I was there we had to swerve around sheep in the road!!!! It was hilarious!

I just got back from Ireland too, and these pictures are awesome!! We didnt get to see the Cliffs of Moher, but I did stop in Galway for a little while, it's such a sweet city!

*Sigh* the Cliffs of Moher are so gorgeous...
I want to live in Ireland someday. (Don't tell my parents that...they have other plans for my future, I think...)

I am so jealous!! I have always wanted to go to Ireland, especially after watching "Passport to Europe" on the Travel Channel.
