Thanks so much for this list… it had lots of things I might have forgotten about! It is always helpful to have a little “checklist” handy – it is easy to forget things when you are anxious and busy getting ready for showtime!

those really will help next time I go to competition... And they are so true... I already do the one about putting costumes and jewlery in the same bag, but I also label the bags so when I have quick changes it's easy to find the bag I'm looking for.

oh and make sure you don't leave your stuff laying around, have someone put it up for you if you have a quick change. i've had stuff stolen before.

I know that Access Broadway is really big, but I don't really know about Starquest (this was my first year competing). If you've done both, have you noticed that Access Broadway somehow seems easier? The informality makes it so much more energetic, in my opinion. I feel like it's so much easier to apply all of the stage tips when I'm at AB.

Thanks for this! I think #70 is one of the best tips yet. It drives me nuts when someone has a creepy forced grin on their face the entire time...especially during a sad song, haha.
