Ok lets warm up with some easy things.
10 jumping jacks to the front,10 to the back
stand in stradle facing the front,lean over and touch the ground,hold for 20 counts.
now put your feet together,and reach over and touch your toes,hold for 20 counts.
Get into a lunge position,andhold for 8 counts,now let the back leg of the lunge lay flat,then raise the leg up from the knee down,and hold it,and stretch for 20 counts.
the last one may seem confusing..
here is a lunge:
we are going to let the back foot slide down to where it is straight,and then put the knee on the ground,and lift the leg up from the knee down.

today we will learn floor excercises.
First lets learn chasses,
you point your foot out,then you gallopbut with straght legs,and getting more height
