What kind of rituals do freshman drill team members go through for initiation at your high school or college?

At Kilgore high school the freshman's "big sister" goes to the girls house and wakes her up at 5am, and takes her to breakfast in her pj's..or whatever she wears to bed.
Afterwards, the freshman gets dressed up real goofy and dances and sings songs at the mall, grocery store or anywhere in public to embarrass themselves!!!
Alot of fun!!

We never went that extreme when I was in h.s, we just hosed down the freshman at the car wash fundraisers. Ohh, and of course the shaving cream ritual at band camp.

That's sounds like fun, we did that to my friend for her birthday, we woke her up, dragged her out of bed, drew all over her and took her to IHOP for breakfast it was fun~!

Anyway, in highschool we have initiation to find out who your big sister is. We make these plates of all this nasty stuff, anything we could find in the kitchen, mix it together, and top it off with whip cream and sprinkles. We make them eat to the bottom of the plate where their big sister name is written. Also during the week of practice before camp all the new girls have to wear a bun on the very top of their head, with a ton of bobby pins, and no make up. It's not that bad.

In college, we are not allowed to do anything, under pretty strict rules because of things in the past with the school I guess...I really don't know. But we still do a little something...but there's a few freshman Cardettes on here, so I'll hold back from spoiling the suprise!

There aren't any rituals/initiation activities at our school - primarily due to one suburban school in our area that had some kind of initiation with cheerleaders that resulted in some injuries and made the news. Schools around here really crack down on things like this now.

One time we were all eating lunch in the locker room and we decided to play a joke on one of the new girls so we got this Taco Bell cup and put a piece of everyones lunch in it. It had chicken noodle soup, popcorn, pizza, lemonade, it look disgusting! So the new girl walks into the locker room and we tell her to try this lemonade because it is really sour, she takes a big gulp of it and then she about threw up and then she asthma attack so we felt kinda a bad afterwards, but it was funny at the time.

we don't have drill teams in australia, but all that initiation stuff sounds mean!
