The old sign up sticky hasn't been used for so long you can't reply to it anymore so I am making a new one for those who want to sign up. It's the same as the old one but at least now people can reply to it!

Copy the above into your own post, and answer the questions. Classes you would be interested in taking/teaching include slow, freestyle, stretching, etc.
A role in the VIS would be like department head, instructor, etc.
