Okay well i raked through all of my bookmarked sites and came up with the one i thought had the best tutorials for Paint Shop Pro/textures etc etc, and thought id put them up here to help you guys

You can download a free trial which i have i have had it for a while, you just type paint shop pro free download in your search bar and it comes up with lists to download from
