hiya

well ss10's are really small! so i for both legs i guess about 4 gross. i doubt it'll be more than that! its always best to order a bit more than what you need, as some might come of whilst dancing, or after being washed!

If anyone is looking for another outlet for Swarovski Crystals, I ordered mine from crystal-beads.co.uk - they were reasonably priced and came the day after I ordered them.

Hi,

Right well this is what I do when I'm looking for stones:

Theres a seller on ebay.com called Mr Nailhead and they sell all size and colour swarovski stones. The postage rate is brilliant and delivers worldwide with discounts for when you buy more!! The stones are not expensive. For example for :
3 gross of swarovski crystal 9ss
1 gross of swarovski crystal 16ss
1/4 gross of light siam swarovski 30ss
I paid in total including postage to Ireland : 25.40 euro(£17.50)

As you can tell these are a total bargain and they sell from 5ss to 48ss!! Brilliant,

Hope this helped!!

Ally

Does anyone know if you can buy an applicator for glueing stones or is it only for hot?

I have nearly finished a suit but I noticed a few glue marks were the stone fell off the end of my finger - I am hoping these will wash off, though would have preferred an applicator if there was one.

Thanks

Wooooooow! I just recently made an amazing find! I discovered an original and inventive provider of customized crystallization in Europe. It is Bling My Thing, Berlin-based company, run by Japanese designer Ayano Kimura. Their designs are just gorgeous!!!!!! They’ve only recently been joined by Kellie deFries, former chief designer of Crystallicing.com . Right now, they are presenting their beautiful artwork to a global market, this is one company to watch. I already got my sidekick done. WOW! And it seems, it’s not just me: they've already helped launch the Xbox 360 and iPhone in Europe and have designed mobile phones for Paris Hilton and Bruce Willis. Bling! Bling! AND!!! You can order your personal DIY set, in a beautiful gift wrapping, There is everything you need in there, from special glue, over beautiful Swarovski stones, to really helpful instructions. Great service!
Check out the results, they are stunningly beautiful: --> www.bling-my-thing.com ! Very original

Can anyone help me? I'm stoning a suit, and have seen some good bargains for stones on ebay, but alot of them are HOTFIX? Does this mean you need an applicator, or can you just glue hotfix stones on with regular glue?

Thanks guys.

Kirsty

the hotfix are simple to use just place your stones where you want them put a sheet of baking paper on top or ya can buy special paper and place iron on top for aabout 20 to 30 seconds i tend to lift up iron every 10 secs so i dont burn anything but most ebay sights do give ya advise i thought it strange that you can iron on face of stone but it really works try it hope this helps i am new to it too so experimenting myself xxx

Hiya,

My Mum sells rhinestones at all of the north east cometitions - she also visits Scotland and Whitby/Scarborough and the festivals in Wales too.

You can email her rhinestones@hotmail.com for prices or see her at the comps! She also sells glue too.

I have been stoning cozzies for years and I charge around 40 pounds per 10 gross bag depending on the design.

If anyone needs a cozzie doing please let me know!

Love Helen
