wow! That is amazing. Does anyone have any tips to improve leaps? My dancing daughter is having a bit of a problem with hers.

That's an amazing leap! As for tips, I would say that the most important thing is to focus on executing a technically proficent leap, ie. keeping you back straight and tall, keeping toe pointed, legs well turned out and at an even height. Executing your leap well technically is more important than height. Once your leap has all of those technical elements, you can focus on improving the height of your leap, try to think of just releasing your hips to gain height. Hope this helps!

That's an amazing leap! Thanks for posting this. The first thing I notice is just how high she is and then how beautiful the form is and how calm she is. My daughter will certainly enjoy seeing this! I can't imagine the strength needed for such a leap!

Wow! That leap is amazing! and her toes are pointed perfectly too! I know from experience just how hard it is to have a perfect leap and pointed toes at the same time! Thanks for sharing the picture, she must be a great hard working dancer.

I just got my daughter to keep here toes nicely pointed when leaping...the next step is to achieve that beautiful straight back!!

I cannot believe this leap. The height and width the dancer reaches are like the splits in high air. I doubt that there are many dancers who can reach this caliber. It blows my mind.
