Hey, I'm always paranoid that I'll forget something on the day of my competition, so I make huge checklists just in case. Here's mine for you to use also.

Skating Stuff

Boot covers
Tights + extra pair, (stockings if tights are 'over boot')
Blister plasters
Normal Plasters
Costume/Dress
Skating Music Tape or CD (- don't forget to lable!)

Clothes
Pants
Jacket (I can't live without this one)
Shirt
Gloves - for warmup

Accessories
Hair Spray
Hair Gel
Hair Pins
Hair Net
Pretty clips/pins
Scrunchie
Glitter Hair Spray/Gel

Make Up
Foundation
Powder
Eyeshadow
Eye-glitter
Eye liner
Mascara
Blusher/Rouge
Lipstick
Nail Polish

Other Stuff
Wallet
Keys
Handphone
Camera (- for video and stills)
Tissue
Wet tissues
Makeup remover
Snacks
Waterbottle

Lastly..
Extra laces
Lace tightener (thing to help tie your laces)
Screwdriver (loose blades suck)
Sewing Kit - needle, thread, scissors, safety pins
Joint pain rub for those aching knees

There you go, feel free to add :D

Yup, heh when I mentioned waterbottle, I ment it to be filled with water ;). High evergy food is great! I can't eat nuts though, so I live on muslie (sp?!) bars with fruit in them. Yesterday I left my matching scrunchie at home and had to make do with just the hairnet and some nice butterfly clips. Didn't make the same mistake today!

Extra laces are a biggie! Yesterday, at my test session,I was putting on my skates and I saw that one of my laces was badly frayed. I had to wait for the pro shop to open up so I could buy a pair, and lace up my boot while the flight before me was skating!

I'd recommend bringing more than one extra pair of tights, and definitely an extra copy of music!
