I'm wondering if anyone can help me? When sizing a hornpipe hat - where does one measure? Do they wear their hair in a ponytail or a bun and is it tucked into the cap. I'm not sure where to measure and it seems like they can be off by a whole cm depending on where you measure. Is it better to be bigger or smaller? Please help me. Thanks.
