So last weekend, after I moved, my new flatmates and I drove out to Raglan for fish and chips. Then we walked on the beach. My flatmate Erin took these photos of the beach from my phone. I think they turned out pretty well for phone photos, what do you think?

It was about 6pm and windy, so we are all wrapped up. We aren't at the main surf beach (hence no surf) but at the bay.. I think it's called Manu bay? Correct me if I'm wrong.

These cool tyres that ( I *think*) are there to protect the dunes form eroding:



And a left over fort from an entrance to a tunnel from world war 2 (when the country was on the look out for Japanese invaders)

Sooo pretty!! And that last one is kind of amazing. Wow.


I wish we had black sand here... At least we have the lake.

Wow! Sparkz! Those are simple amazing. Makes me want to go to New Zealand even more and more by the day. I am so jealous of you.
