Time to give them the boot!!! write up a short and simple letter that dismisses them because they dont seem to easy to speak with. If they do call you or come in explain in a calm and sweet manner that their behavior was out of control and they may not return. Give them their last months tuition back in the letter to shut them up. You need to get rid of these people because they will do nothing but harm your buisness while they are there.Where are the parents of these kids it seems like they should be involoved if there is such a "problem" anyways good luck I had a grandfather like that one year who screamed obsenities in the lobby, they kicked him out and everything was better:)
