I don't understand what is going on excatily. Yes I understand that it is three basket tosses, but why are all the flyers in different positions?
left: arms bent above her head
middle:tuck position (or something similar)
right: arms out to the side
Sorry I just don't get it... is the timing just off? |

I dont like the uniforms or the shoes, its acutually distracting from the cheerleaders. I've never seen uniforms that actually make a squad look worse, but theres something about these that arn't working. |

DaNcInBeBe_4EvA ^
Please don’t add negative comments regarding appearance, not really fair huh ?! If you have constructive criticism, fine - but say it without sounding so rude ! I don’t particular like your avatar and think that's pretty off-putting too but I'm not solely making a post about it !
Great picture Adam !!

Ok well heres my constructive criticism..
Your squad looks good in the uniforms, but your squad would look 100 times better in lighter uniforms, that didn't distract from their bodies and movements.
Missy T, I'm sorry that you dont like that I'm pregnant and I'm celebrating it. I will try to change that for you, ok? |

DaNcInBeBe_4EvA - ^ You dont have to change that on my account - nor did I ask you too !!
And constructive criticism is good, you see, they can work from that and take your comment into consideration.
It doesn't cost anything to play nice with each other now does it !

I have to agree with DaNcInBeBe_4EvA. Really, it's just that they take what should be a clean line and break it.
Black uniforms can be really cute, but generally they look cleaner either with no middrift at all or with a higher middrift. The couple of inches showing only breaks the line and looks sloppy. For the same reason, the jagged hemlines are also hard to work with. The black shoes also break lines. Basically, it looks a little sloppy, especialy since the colors are washing everyone out.
Uniforms aren't everything, but when you're performing or competing, you're putting yourself out there. Image is hugely important, since this is a visual sport. Your routines would probably look much sharper with a more flattering uniform.
I would say black is fine, but consider using more of the side colors. For a shell, try a more flattering cut. As I already mentioned, either make the tops shorter or longer. The in between length just isn't flattering. A lot of teams use underliners to add long sleeves, which look very sharp. For the skirt, try a straight hemline. Pleats are alright, but A-lines look great on nearly everyone. If anything, ditch the black shoes. White shoes tend to extend the leg line, where as black breaks it. Even if white does contrast with skin, it won't wash it out the way black will, and even on darker skin it just seems to flow a little better.
Just my two cents. You guys are probably great, but image is half the work in a sport like this... |

^ I think the costumes were actually green !! Who know's ! Peronally I wouldn't have been happy wearing them either, they are pretty dull. Think the costumes this year will be black and silver, again, not my cup of tea. But hey, who am I to argue with the coach, I just do as i'm told !
Do you want the coaches number and maybe you can take it up with her afterall, the cheerleaders just cheer and dont really have an input into the costumes. Shame really !
