try to do it on me floor, it hurts more but it will get you trained to move through the pain and get used to what it shoudl feel like and teach you how to breath better in that position. keep strechin y ou look awesome! |

You can get it better by bringing the arms forward and capturing the feet with the arms. The heels will be pulled in alongside the head and would touch your shoulders. The hands can be clasped and the chun rest on the hands.
But a soft surface as you are using is not a good option. You are far better to do this sort of exercise on the floor.

Thank you for saying so hamfist! It is really hard to perform the postures properly on a soft surface like the bed.
