I am by no means an acro expert. But by gymnastics standards that is not a pretty handstand. Can you do a regular handstand where everything is nicely aligned (open shoulders, open hips and no arch in your back) ? If you can do a regular handstand properly then you could achieve the position this girl is doing by arching your back and piking your shoulders.

From the looks of this picture, it appears to be a girl in the middle of a bad backhandspring.
If you wanting to achieve a balance that looks like this, it is probably a contortion move.

Okay, birthdaycake, i know it isnt a good picture of what I want to achieve, it is the best i could find though. Take your avatar only with both legs straights, that is more of what I want to achieve.

My avatar is a stag handstand but did you mean a reverse planche of some sort? Can you hold regular handstands and have control? If you do then work on your back flexability once you get that it shouldn't be a problem just some playing around with balance.
