Two more things that helped me learn my leaps were: 1. On the steps leading up to the leap, do them a lot faster so that you get in the air faster. this helps so that you have more time to hold your leap, and you don't have to come down as fast. secondly, Imagine as you leap that you are being pulled up by a string from the top of your head. This should also help with posture too. :)

This is wonderful. Thanks so much for taking time to compile all this in one place. My daughter has been working hard to achieve 'hang time'.
