We just started teaching acro at my studio this year and I teach the classes, but my kids acro, has different ages & abilitys. One girl is 8 and can do a back hand spring & almost standing back tuck. The other girls are 10 & 12 and all they can do is a bridge. I have them go through stations, because we just started and only have one matt. What are some stations I can give them to help with strength and tumbling? Thank you!

When they line up to go "down the mat"they all have different lists...I had this same problem my first year....I had to split them up...sometimes its best to put students with "potential in with the more advanced student and you will be surprised how fast they progress. Work hard and hopefully next year you have enough to split them into groups...I know I did my second year.

Good luck on your new program....btw, first year 12, 2nd 28, this year 64. Be prepared for it may grow faster than you want lol.
