For the most part, I agree with you on the dresses, I think the longs ones are too cumberson to dance in. However, I've seen some totally gorgeous ones that I would absolutely die to perform in!

We always had pants and that was fine for me, I'm not a dress wearer anyways.

I really think it dependes on the show that the band is doing. But overall I don't really like to perform in a dress at all, i mean come on jazz running 30 yards to get your flag in a dress. i'll pass.

I'm willing to bet those aren't exactly dresses. Maybe palazza (sp?) pants, which have really wide legs- sometimes they look like a skirt. LOL- that's actually what I thought my guard wore before I joined.
