i didnt' know how to title this post, but i wanted to post something that could possibly help other people with the spartience of dance. clasping.

the feet and hands are very similar. flex the toes and you can do similar things with your feet. then start clasping surfaces, edges, etc with your feet. feet together. foot on head. foot on shoulder. foot on back.

ok lets go back to the feet together portion. the idea is to center the core. this term is big in pilates and yoga. i hear it a lot. if you center the core, you will then need less force in the arms to move the core around.

im sure most of you know where im going with this and can add on. just do it. not like nike though.
