what are some things you do, during conditioning in your gymnastics class? thank you!

First we play follow the leader around the gym for 5 minutes (running around, over, and through various equipment), then we do squat jumps or frog leaps, pushups, various situps, hollow and superman rocks, resi jumps, then we finish of with rock or rope climbs. Sometimes, our coach will set up about 10 things to jump over or ontop of. Then we have a race ove them, into the pit, touch the rockwall, and race back. Or just go over the jumping, then a front tuck onto a resi. There's another thing that we dont do as often; wall sits. Grab a space of a wall, and bend your knees at a 90 degree angle so it looks like you're sitting.

Rope climbs, push ups, handstand push ups, handstand holds against the wall (with one and two arms), presses, dips on parrallel bars, chin ups, pull ups, pullovers, Cast to handstand attempts, Holding shapes like - front support, rear support, side support, arch, hollow, ach and hollow rocks, V sit ups, N sit ups, incline sit ups, reverse sit ups, leg lifts, squat jumps, tuck jumps, lunges, squats, straddle jumps, sprints, long jumps.
