I have a little belly now Im so excited to finally have a little someting to show haha.
Im 20 weeks right now, and am one pound short of my pre-pregnancy weight - thanks to being able to eat a bit more witout throwing EVERYTHING up.
My 16 weeks pics are further up this thread for comparisons.
It really seemed like I woke up one morning this week and there was a belly!
Ciao!

^That's how my belly showed up too.
Months two through...about four, it was "Man, you don't even have any belly!"
Then, it became "Man, are you putting on weight?"
Then all the sudden, my clothes didn't fit.
I'm just NOW (at 26w 4d) starting to get those "I'm pretty sure she's pregnant, but I don't want to say anything" looks.
And, I never got morning sickness, but I did have a hard time eating - so I didn't lose weight, but I didn't gain quickly either. At 26w, I've only gained 13 pounds.

Oh my...
It´s good that your due date is now so close (which means the birth can now start every day), you look like you´re going to explode soon.
Good luck for your coming soon birth!

^^Is that the difference between girls and boys? Little James is already hatching an escape plan, and Claras baby is taking her sweet time! (I was impressed with you feeling up to a walk, until I remembered that they say that that's one of the ways to help speed up the labor. Now I get your plan!)
Seriously. The minute little James figures out how to do it, he's making a break for it. We've developed a new pattern - he'll head butt me, then he bumps me with his butt a few times, then I start feeling kicks...actually ON/IN my vagina. The minute he figures it out, he's going for it. Watch!

Speeding up the labour... oh yes.
At the day I was born my mother saw her doctor. He said it was much unlikely that I would be born at this day.
But when my mother wanted to go home it started to rain. She was there with her bike (yeah, a nine month pregnant woman with a bike, GOOD IDEA) and drove quite fast because of the rain.
When she was home she noticed there was some water that didn´t came from the sky...

You all look so cute with your baby bellies! I'm like many of the girls here who aren't pregnant - every time I look at this thread, I'm like "I want a baby belly!"
Apparently, when my mother was pregnant with me, I moved around a lot. But 2 years later when she was pregnant with my sister, my sister hardly moved at all and usually stayed perfectly still, so my parents thought she'd be a boy! Well, unless the doctor cut the wrong cord... |

Clara, you should go into labor on June 9th...that way your baby and I can share the same birthday, only 15 years difference.
Take a loooong walk in 3 days. |

I could not resist posting another picture. These 2 were taken 5 days before Piper was born. I put on my old bikini top. I was quite large by then. Sorry for the quality of the pictures- my camera is a little wonky.

On sunday I was officially 20 weeks so heres an update for all of you keeping track of me. I'm now 20w 3d.
Pre Pregancy:
Sigh. Does anyone know if I will ever get abs like that again?
I could have been just barely pregnant here.
The father and I (pre-preg)
Now on to the preggo pictures.
Oh so MILF.
Growth chart pre preg(or possibly like 4 weeks preg) 14-16-18-20 weeks!
I am progressing along. T I always thought we were like so far apart! But it looks like we are only 6 to 8 weeks apart.
Hope you liked!

Here are my 21 week pics!
They are really bad quality as I have been using my very dated web cam (cant find memory card for digital cam ).
My boyfrend has been taking pictures with his camera, so we do have a collection of better quality ones for the scrapbook.
I was feeling particularly big this morning having out-grown my fav pair of pants (thank goodness for the elastic band trick ) so that was the inspiration for posting today!
So heres me and baby Charlotte!
Ciao! |

My sister's middle name is Charlotte. I want a Samantha Grace and an Evelyn Charlotte. That's not for many years, though. Boy and I aren't even married yet. |

Charlotte is one of my fav names. I think its really classy and timeless. I have some in my family too, which I didnt realize untill recently - 2nd cousin, great aunt x 2. I like Char or Charlie for short too.
Now the next one is to pick a middle name . We're having a harder time with this than the first name!
We want something short - but would like something with meaning. Maybe Marie (my middle name, boyfriends mom's name, close to boyfriends grandmas name - maria - and i have a great grandmother named marie), or Ann (short and sweet, also my moms middle name), Rose (also short and sweet, boyfriend has a grandma ROse), Lily (When i was little I wanted this to be my name and even made people call me it when we played "house" or "school" etc). The last name will be Perkins.
I better head over to the name posts again! |

Hey everyone.
I will post my most recent pics when I take them, lol. Camera is playing up lately. I'm 21wks exactly today.
But where is Etoile? I checked her profile, www.dance.net . . ., and her last activity was the 8th? Her due date was the 12th, so surely she's gone into labour by now?
Heeeheeeheeee....a mod baby on the way!

Jenna - we had a harder time with the middle name then the first too!
Jim (the dad) picked the first name, and of course, he was adamant that the baby have his last name (which was fine by me. I wouldn't have had it any other way). So, I told him I got to pick the middle name.
And then I couldn't decide. And couldn't decide. And couldn't decide...lol...
I've picked now (Jim still thinks it's weird. He told me if little James gets two middle names, he should get two first names too. I told him to shut up and leave me alone. lol...), but we found out it was a boy at 18 weeks, and I'm at 28 today. So picking a middle name took me almost three months!

So she had it already? Aww congrats Clara. A mod baby! Heeheee. I hope she comes back to DDN soon with the details and pictures. I love seeing new babies. Can't wait to see mine!
