Firstly, i would like to congratulate everyone on getting a role in VIS's production of "Fame-The Musical". I'm Steph the director of this production and i would juz like to call this meeting to know that everyone has acknowledged their role and i would like everyone to commit themselves to this production and not drop out halfway. Therefore, would each cast member pot their name and role in this post. There are a couple of things i would like to discuss in this meeting:

1. When is the production going to be put up?
I was thinking becoz these things take time to plan we
should put this up as an end of school term
production. Maybe put it up in June next year?

2. When will rehearsals start?
Well, Christmas is coming up soon so i decided that
proper rehearsals will only start in January.

3. Who will design posters and tickets?
Any suggestions? Or anyone who's willing to do this?

If you guys have any objections to this, plz juz post them and we will try to work something out.

i think that to make it work, we should do what we (arabesque and fouette) did for center stage. not set a time limit for ourselves. we should say when we're gonna put on the show only once we've really gotten far into it as far as rehersals, etc. because if we set a limit, it may not work. like, center stage was supposed to be a summer production, but we couldn't do that. that's what would happen.

I'm Heather and I play Iris! Sorrie it took so logn for me to answer my comp. is being weird lately! I think it sounds good, but I agree we should wait on setting a date until we have gotten far in the rehearsals so we know when we'll be ready to perform!

i juz need everyone to post so that i know you're in... I'm writing out the script and will be posting it soon so we can start rehearsals in january.

Well, anyone can design posters and then put it up and we'll decide what is best. My script is based on the original musical, but changed a little to suit our production.
