If you can afford a spray tan then thats the best option, and several coats at that. I used to do spray tanning for a living and the best at the moment is Sudo Ultra dark or Sienna 12%. Failing that Rimmel sun shimmer is great, and use a mitt to put it on quite generously

Hey x

I have already written about my fake tan disasters on this post but I thought I should recommend the tan I use now, which is Siennasol Extreme. You can buy it online and it is a reasonable price and comes out with a lovely colour.

I am also planning to buy Body & Leg Shine Bronzing from the body shop which is a wash of body bronzer, to top up my tan at comps.

Hope I have been a bit of help.

Hi ya, I always use the sally hansen leg tan for my daughter the darkest one, i use the tanning mit to apply and it looks really natural with no streaks but really brown, its £9.99 a bottle but I do get quite alot of uses out of it so I would definitely recommend it, and it washed off easily in the bath at the end of the day :D xx

Hi Hun,

love the post, because so many mums starting out with there kids wouldn't know what to get or how to do it....

i find with courtney spray tan ruins her skins so i have opted for loreal sublime tan, develops later with no steaks and doesn't really smell like some of the other tans,,,,

hope this helps

my favourite is St. Moriz instant self tanning MOUSSE
it dries fast and it is non streak !!
and the mornin of the comp a wash it to make it even !!
the only thing is it does take a while to come off so i get called tangerine at school :(
but i still love it

Hi, I use Famous Dave's tan on my girls. It is a foam and goes on really easily without rubbing. It gives a lovely natural, streak free look.
I found it by googling 'best fake tan' and wouldn't use anything else now.

hi

as i have already posted, i use siennasol extreme which is a very dark shade and looks fab at comps :) but now (although the siennasol is dark enough itself) i use rimmel sun shimmer on top :) this gives my tan a nice shine as well which looks great on the floor :) but beware, siennsol is very hard to get off :P

hope i have helped, lots of love - amber xxx
