My old squad, our first ever try at a scale in the air.


My heel-stretch back in the Autumn, it has improved. I'm falling over in this too!


My toe-touch back in the Autumn, one leg is still higher than the other, but its improving!


My old squad with West Coast Mavericks, who are the best squad I've ever seen live! They rock! I don't know how they compare in the USA, but they wiped the floor at the British Nationals.

what squads have you cheered with?
Your toetouch is looking good, try to keep your chest more upright and work on pointing those toes! (haha that's my catchphrase when I'm coaching, I say it about 15 times every practice lol )
The scale is very pretty, the top just needs to work on pulling that leg a little higher so her leg is completely straight.

PS try pulling your heelstretch up the front more, rather than out to the side... much prettier in my opinion, and might help you balance in it a bit more
