sorry for asking, but whyever are the auditions for FAME the musical in the IRISH/HIGHLAND rehersal room? just wondering???? lol

lol. yeah, it does seem kinda weird. i personally think it should be held in the drama or music section, but i think there's some other things going on there, so the director of Fame saw this as an open area that no one was using, so decided to have the rehersals here.

Well, Napthine did not want it in the Drama Department (b/c they're gonna do they're own production) and no one asked me(I'm the music department director) if they could have it in the music department, but now we will be starting Grease so we won't have room either. I think this was a perfect place to choose b/c nothing else is happening here!

But, uh, FAME isn't Irish or Highland so just from that wouldn't you think this isn't the place to be even if it is fairly empty? And, just out of curiosity, did anyone ask the Irish/Highland directors? j/w...

Is there an irish/highland director? If there is, who is it?

I believe the "co-presidents" are dancindiva_leah and irishfeet, but I might be wrong.

Well, no offence but there really is nowhere else to have this and this place IS pretty empty.
