UPLOADING CONTEST PICTURES THE SIMPLE WAY
Lately, i've been seeing so many replies to contests saying things like.. "hey,i've made your picture but I dont know how to upload it, can someone help?" I think its time someone made a post on this board about the simple way of uploading pictures.
Yes, there is posts on how do upload pictures into your replies but I know that when I was a DDN Newbie I found them really confusing.. because come on... Youve just registered with DDN.... and then "what the heck is an IMG TAG" ? This is going to be like the " adding a photo or picture into your reply for dummies ".

Step By step This guide will take you through how to add a picture or photo into your reply so that you can enter all the great contests you see everyone else entering in.

1. Open the contest you wish to enter. For example, we will call the contest the " prettiest modern photo contest ".
2. Scroll down to the bottom right hand corner where there is a box saying Reply. Click that button.
3. Inside the text box on the reply page type the message you want to go with your photo. For example " I am entering this modern photo because I think its the coolest one Ive ever seen ".
4. Click on the following link: tinypic.com
5. When tinypic is loaded click the "browse" button that is next to upload.
6. Find and select the picture you want to upload. If your picture is saved on the desktop, click the desktop tab on the right hand side, If its in My pictures, go to my pictures, ect. Then click open.
7. Now go down to the bottom of the page where it says " Host Image ". Click that button.
8. The page will take a couple of minutes to load so be patient.
9. Now down the bottom of the page it will say :
Tag Blahblahblah
Img blahblahblah
Url blahblahblah
Link blahblahblah

Drag your mouse over the address next to "IMG" and Highlight the text. Now right click and click " copy ".

10. Come back to your DDN page and underneath where you have typed your message, right click and go down to " paste ". Now Just click Post.



Ta Da... Hopefully your picture has been uploaded. Now, why dont you upload a picture into this thread so we can all see how clever you are?
Welldone if you did do that all correctly! It can be quite confusing and takes a little bit of time.
