hi.. i have been trying to do a toe touch and i just can't seem to get to jump high enough.... can ne one give me tips to jup higher? 2 Replies to jumps |

OMG!! she is so flexible and strong! she is beautiful and i love her costume.
as far as toe touchers.. have somone hold you by the waist while you do them so you can work on what it feels like to do it correctly while getting good hight at the same time.
