contemporay =- 1hour
stretch and strength- 1 hour |

right now im doing 8 hours
tuesday- 2 hours of ballet and pointe
thursday- 3 hours of syllabus ballet and pointe
friday- 1 hour of ballet
saturday- 1 hour of ballet and 1 hour of contemporary
sunday- open sometimes |
