Because I live in Singapore, its so hot that I have to wear Camisole leotards all the time. I do wear a shorted sleeved leo once in a while and there's a girl in my class who wears a long sleeved leo.. Its really hot if you ask me!

camisole leotards look nicer, i think. haha. i dun like the other kinds of leotard. i find them a bit...erm...ugly. no offence. just my opinion=)

short sleeves leotard are more for chinese dancers.

as for long sleeves, will be probably for dancers who experience winter.

tank leotards will be for grade 1-5 i guess.

Definitely camisole! I sweat like a horse, so it would be so eew if i wear those sleeved ones. Imagine the horror... *shudder* Camisole leotards are the best anyway, as it it also much cooler in them.

I personally don't really like short sleeved or tank (even though I wear one lol) leotards but I think long sleeved ones can be quite nice especially when it's cold. I've seen some girls at my class wear them,they can look quite stylish n pro. It kind of enhances the line of ur arms. But I don't think it's suitable for S'pore's weather at all! My personal fav is still camisole.

shardancer, i saw the sonata camisole black leotard u were selling earlier in the month. u bought it at 39.90??? i bought mine at 29,50 only. exactly the same. sonata camisole black leotard. haha.

I like camisole! but since i have a broad shoulder + i need supprotive leotards..so my leotards are mainly tanks/ short sleeves

ahh, how come there isn't a halter option? I find halter leotards rather cool sometimes... haha... too bad I don't wear leotards anymore. I used to wear short sleeves, looks funny on me... makes my shoulders looks..... :S i duno. haha

Hmm... Anyone has recommendations for guy's leotards? I'm kinda thinking of getting one but I don't wanna look stupid... terribly hard to decide. =(

Hmm, I wanted to avoid white coz its kinda striking, and its too RAD.

The thing about short sleeves is that the cutting tends to suit girls more, meaning the back and the front... they're so unlike tshirts, will look abit gayish haha.

And I don't like tanks because they're sleeveless! =X grr, I'm a difficult kid... lol.. think I'll have to dance in my tshirts for now.. and yes joslyn, I can't imagine myself wearing a leotard too, but sometimes I forget to pullup and I can't tell from the mirror either.

Actually, coming to think of it, it'll be good to wear a leo so your teacher and yourslef can see whether you are using the right muscles and stuff. Heh. It'll be much better than a tee.

I think short sleeves isn't that gayish if u choose the correct one. I've seen guys dance in them. Tanks are even less gayish. I find it makes ppl look more athletic instead of dancer-like. Think gymnasts. The only problem I think would be the erm, underarm hair. Sorry couldn't find a way to put it more nicely.

Do make sure the sleeve is a wee bit longer than short sleeved. Or else you'll look girlish with the top of the hem sticking out. Get one with sleeves that lie entirely on the arm.

Camisole!

Two reasons:

-Makes a dancer looks professional and Can choose whatever designs you want such as a crossback or anything! ^^
