Hmm. Can't get that high yet. Close though! Seriously though, all of you that said "I wish I could do that..." you most likely could (unless of course you're umm... older... and don't have much natural flexibility)... just stretch and practise every day! |

Hey,
For thise who are interested, that an Up and coming Russian gymnasts - Irina Kazakova who finished 39th at Russian nationals. She has nice fleixiblit, but thats it...if you think thats good you should see some of the other Russian's leg flexibility. She isn't really a top gymnast, she trains in Astrakan with Alla Sinderenko... and to be any top gymnasts one has to train in Novogrosk in Russia.
