presidency question en>fr fr>en

I just got hired to coach the high school's drill team. They have had a rough couple of years and as a result, don't have a lot of returning girls. I'm wondering how I should do the presidency. Normally they have a drill mistress, assistant drill mistress (both of who asist at practice and do some choreography) and a president, vice president, and secretary (who do parties, paper work, etc). The team is extremely small and it sounds as if only three girls will be returning. I'm not sure what to do about the presidency because none of those three girls can handle a leadership position. I refuse to put new girls in leadership positions. I have thought about not having a presidency but I know that it would cause some girls to be very upset. Is there another way I can delegate responsibility?

We go about it competely different. This is what we did this year: www.dance.net . . . It's a try out position. Age should not have a factor in it unless you really have a bunch of cats in upper age group. Girls can be real catty when it comes to positions. I do wish you luck.

Hope it helps some.
