I really need urgent tips on doing the Long Jump. The last time I did it was in year 8 which is 2 years ago. I came 1st with a jump of 3metres 92cm and went on to come 6th at the county finals with jumps of 4.07 and 4.15. We didn't do any athletics last year, and today they asked if people would put their names forward to compete, which I did. The competition is on Monday and I really need tips on what to do. Any ideas would be most appreciated. I can get height, its just i'm not much of a sprinter.
